About Novis

Novis opened in 2019 on Madhapur Road, at the quiet end of HITEC City. We built it for the people who come to Hyderabad to work — and for the evenings and weekends when they would rather not.

There are 40 rooms across two buildings. The Main Block faces the city: proper desks, blackout curtains, fast Wi-Fi and windows that look out over the towers. Behind it, across a courtyard of neem trees, the Garden Wing is lower and quieter, with fewer rooms to a corridor and more space for a longer stay.

On the roof are the pool and the Sunset Deck, best an hour before sundown. Jharokha serves breakfast from 7 and a Hyderabadi menu the kitchen is properly proud of; Chai & Co. pours Irani chai in the lobby from 6:30. In-room dining runs through the night. The spa, Kohinoor Hall, Pichola Hall, the Golconda Boardroom and the Terrace Lawn cover everything from a two-hour board meeting to a 700-guest sangeet.

Most of our team are from Hyderabad, and many have been here since the first week. They remember how you take your coffee and which side of the building you prefer. That, more than any thread count, is why guests come back.
