How booking, paying and cancelling work at Novis Hotels, as the hotel has set them.
Arriving and leaving
Check-in is from 2 pm. Check-out is by 11 am. For an earlier arrival or a later departure, ask the hotel before you travel.
Cancelling a booking
Free cancellation until 48 hours before arrival. After that, or if you do not arrive, the full stay is charged.
Applies to: Superior Room, Deluxe Room, city view, Premier Room, Garden Wing.
Free cancellation until 72 hours before arrival. After that, or if you do not arrive, the full stay is charged.
Applies to: Garden Suite, Presidential Suite.
A rate marked non-refundable is charged in full if cancelled; it is marked as such before you book.
Once you have booked, the terms that apply to your stay — and the date until which cancelling is free — are on your booking page, from the link in your confirmation.
Paying
Where online payment is offered, 40% of the stay (room and extras) is paid when you book to confirm it; the rest is paid at the hotel. The amount, if any, is shown before you confirm.
Anything added to a booking afterwards is paid at the hotel.
Prices and tax
Prices on this website are in INR, before GST; GST is added on your bill at the rate that applies.
Pets
The hotel's rooms are not listed as accepting pets.
Your details
When you book, sign in or write to us, Novis Hotels receives the name, telephone number and email address you give, and uses them for your booking and to reply to you. Offers are sent only if you ask for them when signing in. To see, correct or remove what the hotel holds, contact the hotel.
