Four ways to eat at Novis: Jharokha for Hyderabadi and North Indian food all day, the Sunset Deck by the rooftop pool after five, Chai & Co. in the lobby from 6:30 am, and room service at any hour.

Jharokha
All-day dining off the lobby. Breakfast is a buffet; lunch and dinner are à la carte, with a Hyderabadi section the kitchen is proud of. The dum biryani goes on at 11 am and is usually finished by 2.

The counter in the lobby. Irani chai and Osmania biscuits from 6:30, proper coffee all day, and a pastry case restocked at 7 am and again at 4 pm. Takeaway cups for the airport run.
