Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (HYD) · 32 km · 45 minutes by road. Outer Ring Road to the Gachibowli exit, then ten minutes through the Financial District. Allow an hour between 5 and 8pm. Our driver meets you outside arrivals with a Novis sign.
By rail
HITEC City MMTS station · 1.1 km · 4 minutes by road. An auto or cab drops you at the porch in about five minutes. Ask for Madhapur Road, towards Shilparamam.

Secunderabad Junction · 17 km · 45 minutes by road. Prepaid taxis wait at the main exit. Allow an hour in evening traffic.

- Wi-Fi
- Free everywhere in the hotel, fast enough for video calls. The network name and password are on your key-card sleeve.
- Housekeeping
- Rooms are made up between 9am and 3pm; ask the desk for a different time. Turndown from 7pm on request.
- A doctor
- A doctor is on call 24 hours, and AIG Hospitals in Gachibowli is eight minutes away. Ask the front desk.
- Paying
- UPI, all major cards and cash at the desk. Meals, spa and laundry can be charged to your room and settled at check-out.
- ID at check-in
- A government photo ID for every adult — Aadhaar, passport, driving licence or voter ID. Passport and visa for guests from outside India.
- Children & extra beds
- Children under 6 stay free using existing bedding. An extra bed with breakfast is ₹1,200 a night; cots are free on request.
- Smoking
- All rooms and indoor spaces are non-smoking. There is a smoking corner in the Garden Wing courtyard; a ₹5,000 cleaning charge applies to a smoked-in room.
- Pets
- We cannot take pets, with the exception of trained assistance dogs. Tell us when you book.
- Parking
- Free for guests and diners, with valet at the porch and two EV charging points.
- Bags
- Leave luggage with the bell desk before check-in or after check-out, at no charge.
- The stairs
- Step-free from the porch to the lobby, Jharokha, the lifts and the roof. Two accessible rooms in the Garden Wing.
- The pool
- On the roof, 6:30am to 9pm, for in-house guests. A lifeguard is on duty whenever it is open.
Frequently asked
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 11am. If you land early, leave your bags with us and use the pool and the lobby café while your room is made up.
Can I check in early or check out late?
If your room is ready, early check-in is free — tell us your arrival time and we will try. A guaranteed check-in from 8am is ₹1,500, and a late check-out until 4pm is ₹1,500. Both can be added when you book or at the desk, subject to availability.
What do I need to show at check-in?
A government photo ID for every adult: Aadhaar, passport, driving licence or voter ID. Guests from outside India need their passport and visa — we file the Form C the law requires, so allow ten extra minutes.
Can children stay, and do you have extra beds?
Yes. Children under 6 stay free in their parents' room using existing bedding. An extra bed, breakfast included, is ₹1,200 a night in Deluxe rooms and above. Cots are free — just ask when you book.
Is the Wi-Fi free?
Yes, everywhere in the hotel, with no daily limit. It is fast enough for video calls; if you need a wired connection for a presentation, the front desk will bring a cable.
Are pets allowed?
We are sorry, we cannot take pets. Trained assistance dogs are welcome — tell us when you book and we will give you a ground-floor room in the Garden Wing.
Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The porch, lobby, Jharokha, the lifts and the rooftop are step-free, and the Garden Wing has two accessible rooms with roll-in showers and grab rails. Accessible parking is beside the entrance. Tell us when you book so we can hold one for you.
What time is breakfast, and is it included?
Breakfast is a buffet at Jharokha from 7 to 10:30am, with South Indian and continental counters and a live dosa station at weekends. It is included on 'with breakfast' rates; on room-only rates it is ₹850 per person.
