I was in Hyderabad for a week of client workshops and asked for a quiet room. The Garden Wing was exactly that. The desk has a socket where you actually need one, and the Wi-Fi did not drop once during video calls. Breakfast at Jharokha opened early enough for my 8 am starts.

We came for a cousin's wedding with two kids under six. The suite's living room saved us. The children slept in the bedroom while we sat outside. The staff at the pool were patient with our son, who would not get out. The Sunday brunch alone is worth planning a trip around.

We held our daughter's reception on the Terrace Lawn for about 300 guests. Nandita and her team handled the decorators, the late changes to the guest list and my mother-in-law's very specific requests about the biryani. On the day, I did not have to make a single phone call.

Good business hotel, close to our office in HITEC City. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Checkout at 8.45 am was slow because a large group was leaving at the same time, which is why I am giving four stars. The Irani chai in the lobby café is the real thing.

I booked the monsoon Abhyanga ritual on a rainy afternoon after a long week. The therapist asked sensible questions before starting, the pressure was exactly what I asked for, and the kadha afterwards was a lovely touch. I slept better that night than I had in weeks.

A weekend away without getting on another flight. We spent most of it between the pool and the Sunset Deck. The seekh kebabs and the view at sunset are the reasons we will come back. Small thing, but housekeeping remembered that we wanted extra pillows on the second night as well.

We ran our quarterly planning offsite for 45 people here. The hall set-up, AV and food were all good, and the events team stayed on top of timing. The breakout room was a little small for 15, so book Pichola Hall if your groups are larger. The dinner on the Sunset Deck was a big hit with the team.

I was fasting during Navratri and expected to live on fruit. Instead, Jharokha had a proper vrat thali every evening, cooked separately, and the server explained every dish. It felt like being looked after by family. Thank you to the kitchen team.

Comfortable room and very helpful front desk. They booked an early airport cab for me at short notice. The room was a little smaller than I expected from the photos, but it was well laid out and quiet. The biryani at Jharokha is excellent. Do not skip the mirchi ka salan.
