How do I pay?
Online you pay a 40% deposit by UPI, card or net banking and the rest at the hotel — or the whole stay up front if you prefer. At the desk we take UPI, all major cards and cash. Approved company accounts are billed monthly.

Do you arrange airport transfers?
Yes. A sedan from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport is ₹1,800 (up to 3 guests) and an SUV ₹2,600 (up to 6); the drop back is ₹1,600 by sedan. The drive is about 45 minutes, longer in the evening rush. Add it when you book, or message us your flight number.

Yes, free for in-house guests and diners, with valet at the porch and two EV charging points. For weddings and large events we arrange overflow parking and valet tokens.
What is the nearest station?
HITEC City MMTS station is 1.1 km away, about five minutes by auto or cab. Secunderabad Junction is 17 km, roughly 45 minutes. Cyber Towers is three minutes by car.

When is the rooftop pool open?
Every day from 6:30am to 9pm, for in-house guests. Children are welcome with an adult until 7pm. Towels are at the pool and a lifeguard is on duty whenever it is open.
How do I book a spa treatment?
Ask at the front desk, message us on WhatsApp, or choose a treatment on the Spa page of this website. Evenings and weekends fill first, so a day ahead is wise. Treatments can be charged to your room.
Can I hold a meeting, wedding or party here?
Yes. The Golconda Boardroom seats 30, Pichola Hall and Kohinoor Hall take 180 to 200 seated, and the Terrace Lawn up to 700 standing. Send us the date, the number of guests and what you have in mind; the events team replies with options and a quote within one working day.
