Novis has 40 rooms across two buildings. The Main Block faces the city and is closest to the lobby, Jharokha and the meeting rooms. The Garden Wing sits behind it, around the lawn, and is the side guests pick when they want to sleep well.
Why it is quieter
The Garden Wing is set back from the main road, so traffic noise barely reaches it. The corridors are shorter and there is no lift lobby crowd at checkout time. Several guests who come back every month now ask for it by name.
The Premier Rooms
Premier Rooms look onto the lawn or the trees along the boundary wall. They have a king bed or two twins, a proper work desk with sockets at desk height, a reading chair by the window and a walk-in shower. Morning light comes in from the east, so if you like a dark room, ask housekeeping to close the blackout curtains during turndown.
The Garden Suites
The Garden Suites add a separate living room with a sofa that seats four, a dining table and a guest washroom. Families tend to book them for longer stays; business guests use the living room for small meetings without having to book a boardroom.
Small things that come with the wing
- A short covered walk to the lobby, so you stay dry in the monsoon.
- The pool and spa are a lift ride away in the Main Block.
- Room service reaches the Garden Wing as quickly as the Main Block. Our kitchen is between the two.
Which room to choose
If you are here for a day or two of meetings and want to be close to everything, a Deluxe Room in the Main Block makes more sense. If you are here for a week, travelling with children, or need to sleep at odd hours after a flight, the Garden Wing is the better choice.
When you book direct, write "Garden Wing" in the special requests box. We will do our best to place you there, and the front desk will confirm before you arrive.
