Every few weeks a team lead calls us with the same problem. They want two days away from the office to plan the next quarter, but half the team cannot be away overnight and nobody wants a three-hour drive. Many companies in this area now run their offsites at Novis, twenty minutes from their own desks.

- 9.30 Sessions resume and run until lunch.

What we take care of
Our events team handles the hall layouts, projectors and microphones, printing, name cards and the food plan, including Jain, vegan and allergy needs. One events manager stays with your group for both days, so you only have one number to call.
Who stays overnight
Usually a mix. Out-of-town colleagues stay, and local team members go home after dinner. We bill rooms and the day package separately, so finance can see exactly what each part cost.
A few tips from groups who have done it
- Keep the first session after lunch short and interactive. Energy drops at 2 pm wherever you are.
- Book the Sunset Deck dinner early in the planning. Weekends in the wedding season fill up fast.
- If you want the team to switch off, ask us to hold phones in a basket at the hall door. It works better than you would expect.
Send us your group size, dates and a rough agenda. Our events manager will reply with a layout and a costed plan within one working day.
